Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged or defective items, we may request photos or videos of the product and its packaging to help us evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the eligible item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws may provide a right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Where applicable, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team will contact you regarding the available refund method and any information required to process the refund.
Please allow reasonable processing time for your refund to be completed. The time required may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution involved.
